The warranty is for our toners only and not for eventual claims for consequential damages. | | | | 8. | Return Policy : | In case buyer is not satisfied with the performance of ITDL toner they are required to fill a Toner Complaint Form within 120 days from the date of commercial Invoice. The issue will be thoroughly investigated at our testing facility in India and if the complaint is found to be genuine, customer may return the company sealed and unopened products in good condition to our works / warehouse in India. All the freight costs and other charges sending goods to scci works / warehouse are to the account of the customer. On receipt of the goods in good condition, ITDL will issue a credit note equivalent to the ex-works amount of the goods. No cash refunds are processed. No complaints will be accepted after 120 days of Invoice date.
